Standard Dateierweiterung docx

Ich erzeuge manchmal Dateien in TotalCommander per rechter Maustaste. Dort gibt es den Menüpunkt 'Neu', der mir u.a. ein Textmaker Dokument (.tmdx) vorgibt. Ich möchte aber keine tmdx, sondern eine docx Datei erzeugen. Beim Doppelklick auf eine docx Datei öffnet sich zwar Textmaker, aber andersrum gehts nicht. TotalCommander spielt keine Rolle, beim Windows Explorer ist es das selbe.

There is no option 'Microsoft Word Document'.
But THERE IS an option 'Textmaker Document'.
This option creates a new file with the tmdx extension.
But instead I want it to create a file with docx extension and I want to open that new file with textmaker.
Textmaker is able to process docx documents so this should be possible.

Das würde über Änderungen in der Registry gehen.

Einfacher (und sicherer) ist es, die Powertoys von Microsoft zu verwenden.

Die fügen u.a. einen neuen Kontextmenüeintrag "New+" hinzu.

Wenn man unter "Vorlagen" ein Textmakerdokument mit der .docx Endung ablegt, erreicht man das gewünschte Verhalten.
